Another week, another dollar?!

How is everyone doing? Good I hope...me? I'm doing fine! Thanx for asking...

Well a couple of weeks have passed and there hasn't been a lot going on. Last weekend was Rachel's b-day party! I had a great time. It was at Whiskey Jacks (the only place I pretty much go to now) and I met some old faces and some new ones also! Good times all around....Bryce and Robin showed up later, JUST AS EVERYONE WAS LEAVING!!!!!!!! GRRRRRRRRR......party poopers. We took a cab home, thanks Norman for the ride home...I'll never forget you...

Saturday rolled around and Bryce and I went to Robin's for an "impromptu" party. There were a WHOLE bunch of people there....none of which I knew...but it was a good time nonetheless. Around 11 I went to go see Jeffers, because it was his birthday...I was pretty drunk by now....I took a cab to Whiskey Jacks (haha) they weren't there...but Tasha and Shauna were! It was nice seeing them...I also ran into James and Katerina...good times....I ran over to Jeffers....hung out there...ran BACK to WJ's....said goodbyes then walked back to Jeffers.....it had just snowed..ALOT...and long story short I got hit by a car....now before you all start crying...it is not as bad as it sounds....he was sliding...and I just sorta stood there and watched...if I was sober...I would have moved....I put out my hands and slipped right when he got close....so it LOOKED like he hit me....the guy was shitting his pants...I told him it was ok..and after about 15 minutes of convincing him NOT to take me to the hospital I was on my way back to Jeffers....I really don't remember anything past this point...so we'll stop there....

That was last weekend...the week was quiet....had more rehearsals...things are going good for that...I'm finally starting to develope a character...at least I think...ha! we'll see...

This past weekend was pretty good also......friday went to the Rodeo cabaret thing...went with Cyn and Bruce and some of their gang! I had a fucking blast...seriously....Bruce needs to write a fucking book about being awesome...I'd be first in line...
Saturday I went over to Shannon and Travis's place...it was like Blind Date city there...I had a really great time! Just laid back and stuff....felt a little weird at the end of the night, but that's ok....
Rehearsal was today and now I'm writing this...

That is it in the life of Stevie P

Happy Belated Birthday to Jimmy K....happy 40th dude...you would have had a better time if I had been there though...

Enough from me

PAT RIPLEY, THE MAN, THE MYTH, THE LEGEND

You heard it....this is just a little bit of information about the miracle known as Patrick Ripley..Mentor, Fighter and lover...

Pat's beginnings are mysterious and vague, not many know of this legend's humble start. I don't either, so we won't dwell into it, BUT, I think it has something to do with mid 70's vans...

My first memory of Pat Ripley was a scary one....this gruff young man riding a motorbike, with his godlike presence and arms that would make Thor himself cringe in fear, took me for a ride on his chariot which he named Honda. Later I realized that it wasn't actually the name of the bike, but the company who made it. Nonetheless though I owe Pat for my love of that Honda, and one day I will own that Honda (when he lowers the price) I was digging through old archives and found a picture of Pat from his motorbiking days....I don't know what year it could have been, but this is just a glimpse of how incredible Mr. Ripley is....

I have learned many things from the great Ripley. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't know that it was ok to swear at old people, and that if a young lass sits on my lap to talk about the first thing that pops up. The most important life lesson that Pat has ever taught me though was this...it isn't an exact quote, but you'll get the idea..

"If god hadn't wanted man to eat pussy, he wouldn't have made it look like a taco.."
- Ripley

Now would any feeble human being come up with such poetic words? I THINK NOT...from Vans, to Ford 1/2 tons, to still owning that Classic Beta Player...this man has seen and done it all..thus why I have dedicated a WHOLE UPDATE to Pat Ripley.....

I do this though, for I have wronged Sir Rips. It was pointed out to me awhile ago that I didn't mention Pat in an update awhile back...I did mention everyone else...EXCEPT Pat himself. A pain I have had to deal with every single day since...and this is but just a humble apology...I know Pat has room in his huge heart to forgive and forget, but until that day I will fight for his respect...

All joking aside folks....Pat is one of the more important role models in my life (no jokes) Ever since I have known him, I have had nothing but respect for him (I don't know if that is because he beat it into me or what) I think of Pat as family, and I will always look up to him. I know that if I was ever in a bind or a situation that just couldn't be fixed, I could rely on him....think of him as my backup Dad, though he can't ever replace the one I have, he comes into a close second. Seriously Pat, you and I both know you are a terrific person, and by far one of the funniest....so here's my lil ode to you Mr. Ripley...cheers!

I'll sign off with just one more glimpse of how awesome Pat is. Pat is known for alot of his charity work stemming from his Palm Dairy days...here is a picture of Pat sitting next to a cancer victim...

Hey people! How's it going?

Well nothing new with me....just chillin and illin....the after-suffer wind down. During the week I stay at home, I go out like once on the weekend...do it hardcore...so bad I have to rest the next day....I just can't do it like I used too....oh well...I'll teach my body to learn itself again.....maybe...

Last Friday was the Das Boot wind up......if you didn't know...they are City Chumps...errr I mean Champs....way to go guys.....the night was great...the best part? The walk home with Bryce...WITH HIM CONSTANTLY ASKING WHY I HATE HIM! (grrrrr) Oh well, he loves me....

My play has been going along pretty good....I'm finally starting to feel like one of the gang.....we went out this past Friday, and it was one of those quiet-turned-into-a-gong-show nights.....Double Ryes....triple ryes, shots...I couldn't remember my name by 1....it was bad news bears (yes Ryan they did win!) I apologize to Clayton and Dallas for not hooking up....it was piss poor performance from yours truly, and i'll make it up to you guys PROMISE (it's in writing now!)...

So not much else to say.....Congratulations to Amy for having her baby! Way to go kiddo! I'm proud of ya! Too bad it wasn't mine.....well maybe that's for the best....OR IS IT??!? ;)

Enough from me kids....

SHOUT TO CYN AND BRUCE! CAN'T WAIT TILL THE RODEO!!! Time to slam a few back and kick some cowboys ass....

Thanx for the ear the other day Toni! And Jimmy K's b-day is coming up...i'm still waiting for the ticket! :)

I'm outs...
